How do I get there from Fridley?
From Fridley the drive is north. University Avenue and East River Road both run up out of the city, and Coon Rapids Boulevard picks the route up on the far side and carries it northwest; Round Lake Boulevard then runs north to Northdale Blvd NW. We are on Northdale, with free parking directly in front of a door marked 3183B.

Can I get in after work?
The studio is open until 6:30 PM Monday and Wednesday through Saturday, and 10 AM to 6:30 PM on Sunday. Tuesday is a full closure.
That leaves a real evening window, and the short treatments on this menu are proper ones. Twenty-five minutes buys a Refresh Express Facial at $65, dermaplaning at $75, a chemical peel from $80 or Nano Infusion at $130.
An hour, if you have one
A 60 min head spa is $130, a deep tissue massage is $120, hot stone is $120, a relaxation massage is $105 and a customized facial is $105. The menu page carries the rest.

Why drive north instead of into Minneapolis?
Parking, mostly. It is free and directly in front of the door, which is marked 3183B rather than Suite B — no ramp, no ticket, no walk at either end of the appointment.
The studio is a single suite on Northdale Boulevard, so there is no lobby to check in at and no third floor to find. You park, and the door is the one in front of you.

Gift cards are sold online in any amount and delivered by email. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50% fee.

What is the right massage for a desk and a commute?
Deep tissue, 60 min, $120, if a shoulder or a hip has been holding all week. The therapist works slowly into the one or two places you name instead of spreading the hour evenly, and the pressure is yours to set out loud as it goes.
If the point is an hour of quiet instead, relaxation massage is $105 for 60 min and $145 for 90 min. Hot stone is $120 and $160, and the heat does a share of the work on a back that has spent February braced against the cold. The NCCIH lists massage therapy among the approaches studied for pain, stress and sleep — their summary is the plain-language version.

What is a head spa, in one paragraph?
Sixty minutes on your scalp rather than your hair, for $130. Deep cleansing lifts oil and product buildup, exfoliation clears dead skin from around the follicles, a long massage runs through the scalp, neck and shoulders, and serums or a mask finish it. Your hair is blow-dried before you leave, which is what makes it work as an evening appointment.

Two tables, one room
Both head spa tables are in one joinable room with a full-height privacy curtain, so two people book the same slot — together, or separately in the same space.

Relaxation or deep tissue — which should I book?

Book relaxation if the goal is to switch off, deep tissue if there is a specific knot you can point to. Relaxation uses long, even strokes at a pressure that stays comfortable throughout; deep tissue works slower and deeper into one or two areas, and it is normal for that to feel like a good ache.
How much do I need to undress?

As much as you are comfortable with. You are draped throughout and only the area being worked on is uncovered.
Which facial should I book first?

The Customized Facial, 50 min for $105. Your skin is looked at first and the treatment is built from there, which is more useful than picking a name off a list before anyone has seen your skin. If you only have half an hour, the Refresh Express Facial is $65.
What is a Korean head spa?

A Korean head spa is a treatment for the scalp — the skin your hair grows out of. A session moves through deep cleansing to lift oil and product buildup, exfoliation to clear the skin around the follicles, a long scalp massage, and a finish with serums, masks or oils. The style originated in Japan and was refined in Korea, and the two traditions are close enough that most studios — including this one — draw on both.
